The 23-acre beautiful campus offers apartments, Licensed Adult Foster Care and memory support with dining services and a wellness center with state of the art fitness equipment.

The Village of Westland does accept some section 8 programs. Please inquire about the information needed to qualify. Programs are not run by The Village of Westland but require a working partnership with us.
Double Occupancy: $402 additional.
Application Fee: Non-refundable $350.
Administrative/Move-in Fee: $600 non-refundable which covers the administrative costs associated with the rental, move-in, and cleaning costs.
Pet Fee: $400 non-refundable.
*pet vaccinations records are required at the time the pet moves in
Apartments are equipped with electric heat and central air conditioning. Residents are responsible for their electric bill. Verification will required prior to move in.
The Village of Westland is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are located on the campus grounds. Violation of this policy will result in eviction.
Some units are subject to a $50 per month fee in addition to what is listed above.
